Warranty Coverage
myUDAAN offers a warranty on all our products to the original purchaser (“Customer”) under normal use and service. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that arise during the specified warranty period.
Products covered
If you are the original retail purchaser of the Products, the following applies: myUDAAN will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged, except in case of user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:

Note:
Frame issues excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to –
- Corrosion
- Paint fade, scratches, and impact marks
- Impact damage
- Non-reversible modification (such as drilling or welding)
- Chain guard mounted to the frame, if applicable
Battery non-warranty situation:
- Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemical exposure, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
- Defects or damage caused by private modification
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by myUDAAN wheelchair attachment;
- Products that have the serial number or bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
- Ordinary wear and tear;
- Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by myUDAAN for the Products;
- Defects or damage caused by the assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment of the Products in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner’s Manual;
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
Warranty Period
The warranty period for myUDAAN products is one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The warranty period may vary depending on the specific product, and any exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page or provided documentation.
Warranty Claims and Process
All Mechanical parts are only covered for manufacturing defects. To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact myUDAAN’ customer service team within the warranty period. Our customer service representatives will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation, to validate the warranty claim. Additionally, any defective product must be returned to myUDAAN, at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise specified.
Warranty Exclusion
The myUDAAN warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s functionality.
- . Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by non-compliance with the product’s user manual or instructions.
- Damage as a result of accidents, collisions, road hazards, or operation on surfaces, such as stairs, not intended for conventional bicycle use; damage from external factors such as power surges, use of non-original chargers, improper maintenance, or water immersion, salt air or chemicals.
- Normal deterioration, including the gradual decrease of battery capacity over the 30 months warranty period as long as the battery capacity is still 50% or more of the initial capacity before the warranty expiration and the total number of battery charging cycles is 700 or less. Other normal deterioration includes natural fading of painted or plated surfaces, and cosmetic ozone or weather cracking in tires.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or outside the designated sales territories.
Warranty Service
Upon receipt of a valid warranty claim, myUDAAN will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component. The repaired or replaced product will be covered under the remaining warranty period or for a period of 30 days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
Limitation of Liability
myUDAAN liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall myUDAAN be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Shipping Damage Claims:
Check the packaging carefully as soon as you receive the goods. If the product is visibly damaged, you have the option to refuse it and contact us promptly. We will only accept claims for shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery.
