William E. Davis, Jr. (Billy), 69, of the Town of Salisbury (Stratford), New York, passed away peacefully at his home on August 20, 2021 with his wife and partner of 40 years, Barbara Davis at his side.

He was born on January 28, 1952 in Jersey City, New Jersey and was the son of the late, William, Sr. and Angelina (Elmo) Davis.
